1. The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) will be issuing Letters of Offer to 900 prospective pilgrims for Haj 2025 (1446H). All selected pilgrims will be notified via SMS and email from 5 November 2024. This early notification will provide prospective pilgrims ample preparation time for their upcoming pilgrimage.
2. Selected pilgrims should take note that the Saudi Haj authorities require potential pilgrims to be in good physical condition and medically able to perform the Haj rituals. The determination as to whether a person is medically fit to perform the Haj should be made by a certified medical professional.
3. Upon receiving the notification, prospective pilgrims will need to log in to MyHajSG portal to check their Letter of Offer. To confirm their place for Haj 2025 (1446H), they must purchase their Haj package from a travel agent authorised by Muis and fulfil with the procedural requirements as set out in the MyHajSG portal by 17 November 2024.
Haj 2025 (1446H) Approved Travel Agents and Haj Packages
4. Muis has appointed 11 travel agents to provide Haj-related services to all allocated pilgrims for Haj 2025 (1446H)1. Prospective pilgrims are strongly advised not to make any purchases from unauthorised travel agents claiming to provide Haj-related services. Muis encourages prospective pilgrims to purchase their Haj packages from Muis’ approved travel agents for a safe and peaceful Haj journey.
5. Prospective pilgrims may choose from a total of 28 approved Haj packages with duration of stay not more than 27 days. The lowest package prices are from $8,970 (quad occupancy) and the highest package price is at $26,995.
6. On average, the Haj package price is $16,178, which is an increase of $2,000 as compared to previous year. The increase is mainly due to higher accommodation and Masyair services costs. Prospective pilgrims can view the information on the authorised travel agents and approved Haj packages for 2025 (1446H) at go.gov.sg/haj2025packages.
7. All packages’ prices quoted are not inclusive of Airfare but includes the provision of Masyair services and medical services in the Holy Lands (e.g. medical clinic operated by Singapore Pilgrims’ Affairs Office and EMA2. Pilgrims are encouraged to purchase additional travel insurance to cover any exigencies on top of the EMA. As for the Airfare, the cost of a typical economy seat is not more than $3,100 (inclusive of taxes).
8. Prospective pilgrims are advised to evaluate the approved Haj packages based on individual needs and affordability before deciding on their preferred Haj packages. They should read and understand the Haj Package Purchase Contract (HPPC), before purchasing their Haj packages. Appointed travel agents have been informed to explain the essential content of the contract to the pilgrims.
