MUIS will continue to provide certain essential services at its counters. Make an appointment with our officers on the following matters:
Emergency Zakat financial assistance
Zakat, Fidyah and Kaffarah enquiries and payments
Appeal Board - Filing of notice, petition and record of appeal and payment
Religious enquires and consultation
To help us serve you better, members of the public are highly encouraged to make an appointment before visiting MUIS.

Appointment must be made 3 days in advance and subject to availability of time slots.
Members of the public should access all other services via phone, or online channels, or by appointment.
