PCICS intake and registration period.

Apply for Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS)

The PCICS programme has two intakes annually: April and October. Registration typically opens two months before each intake. Please find a summary of the registration period of the respective intakes below:

If you are a graduate from a tertiary institution with a bachelor’s degree in Islamic studies, and have yet to apply for the Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS), please apply for ARS here. Click the “sign in” button and proceed to apply for the certification of ARS. If you are unable to do so, email  our colleagues at Religious Talent Development (Regulation) at ARS@muis.gov.sg of your application.

If you are already registered as a Tier 1 (Associate) or Tier 2 Asatizah, and wish to upgrade to ARS Tier 1 (Graduate) after graduating from your tertiary institution, please inform our colleagues at Religious Talent Development (Regulation) at ARS@muis.gov.sg. Your information will then be channelled for enrolment into PCICS.
