Nurturing Resilience in the Face of Challenges

Three things we can do to reinforce our resilience and strength, so that we may become better or ahsan:

First, strengthen our faith in Allah. Have confidence that Allah is Just, and that Allah decrees everything with His Wisdom.

Second, seek knowledge and cultivate our skills.

Third, strengthen social cohesion and unity. Navigating the choppy waters of challenges and crises requires community’s collective support.
