Putting Our Hope in Allah (s.w.t.)

  • In any situation we find ourselves in or about to face, we are reminded that Allah (s.w.t.) is the best of planners. We are taught to submit all our hopes and dreams to Allah (s.w.t.).

  • Keeping up to date with current developments is definitely beneficial. However, from time to time, our hearts and minds need to rest for a while, from what is known as “information overload”.

  • We should not suffer alone, and in silence. We need to take care of our mental and physical health in order to maintain our wellbeing, as well as that of our families.
