Halal Engagement Session 2023 (HES2023)
The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) organised a Halal Engagement Session (HES2023) on 21 November 2023 at Singapore Islamic Hub. The main objectives of HES2023 were to present to stakeholders the revised clauses of the Muis Halal Certification Conditions (HCC) as well as to share on recent developments. Below is the slide deck presented for reference. Halal Engagement Session 2021 (HES2021)
The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) organised a Halal Engagement Session (HES2021) on 30 November 2021 virtually. The main objectives of HES2021 were to introduce stakeholders to the new Muis Halal Development management team, present the proposed changes to Muis Halal Certification Conditions (HCCs) and provide status updates of the Foreign Halal Certification Body (FHCB) framework review. List of SAC-SINGLAS Accredited Laboratories
As per clause 3.7 of Muis Halal Certification Conditions (Product / Whole Plant Scheme), A laboratory analysis report according to Muis’ requirements may be required by Muis to confirm that the products, raw materials, additives and/or processing aids are Halal, please refer to the link below and follow the following guidelines to see the list of accredited laboratories you can choose from:
